Studio Policy
SCHEDULING
The Teacher will provide an agreed-upon schedule of lessons, including dates and times, before the 1st of each month or prior to the commencement of lessons. Lesson dates and times may be adjusted if both the Teacher and Student/Guardian agree. Holidays and vacation days will be planned into the schedule at the beginning of each month, and no charges will apply if a lesson falls on one of these days.
Flexible scheduling options are available to accommodate busy adult learners. While lessons can be booked weekly, priority will be given to students on a regular schedule.
TUITION & PAYPMENT
Lessons are offered in 45-minute or 60-minute sessions, once a week. Tuition is payable in advance upon receipt of an invoice, either before or on the 1st of each month, or at the first lesson if paying by cash. Accepted payment methods include:

This payment reserves your time slot in the studio for the month. Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation from the booking system via email or text message.
CANCELLATION
Lesson times are standing appointments, with a student's lesson time exclusively reserved for them each week. It is the student's responsibility to attend. You will receive an email or SMS reminder 2 days before your scheduled lesson. If you anticipate an absence, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance using one of the following methods:

If a cancellation is due to a scheduling conflict or mild illness, switching to a remote lesson is an option to maintain your lesson time and avoid missing a session. The studio can provide online lessons via FaceTime or Google Meet.
Lessons canceled with more than 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled if mutually agreeable availability can be found. However, the Teacher cannot guarantee availability. Please note that only one lesson can be canceled and rescheduled per month.

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the lesson fee. For first-time short-notice cancellations, the cancellation fee may be waived at the Teacher’s discretion, depending on the circumstances. Students who consistently cancel at short notice risk losing their reserved time slot in the studio.
